INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box(s) , Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 box(s) , Lemon Jell-o
- 2/3 cup(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 2/3 cup(s) , Water
- 4 large , Eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Extract
- 1 large , Lemon Zest and Juice
- 1/2 box(s) , Powdered Sugar

| Instructions: |
Dump cake mix in bowl. Add rest of ingredients except lemon juice. (It is easier to grate the lemon in the bowl while it is empty.) Bake 45 minutes in greased loaf or tube pan at 350 degrees.
ICING: Mix the juice of 1 lemon with powdered sugar. |
