Jewish Apple Cake
Submitted by: Jimmy
I'm not sure why this is called Jewish, but I know that it is a great cake.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup(s) , Sugar
  • 3/4 cup(s) , Vegetable Oil
  • 3 large , Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
  • 3 cup(s) , Flour
  • 3 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
  • 1 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1 pinch , Salt
  • 2 large , Apples Sliced Thin
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

Instructions:
Add sugar to oil and beat, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Combine
flour, baking powder, salt. Add to first mixture alternately with the
milk. Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased pan. Put layer of sliced apples
over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Add remainder of
batter. Sprinkle more sugar, cinnamon and nuts (if you like).

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
