INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 3/4 cup(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 3 large , Eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 3 cup(s) , Flour
- 3 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 pinch , Salt
- 2 large , Apples Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cup(s) , Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

| Instructions: |
Add sugar to oil and beat, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Combine
flour, baking powder, salt. Add to first mixture alternately with the
milk. Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased pan. Put layer of sliced apples
over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Add remainder of
batter. Sprinkle more sugar, cinnamon and nuts (if you like).
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour |
