INGREDIENTS:
- 5 large , Eggs
- 3 cup(s) , A.P.Flour
- 1 package , Brown Sugar
- 1 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 1 cup(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Shortning
- 1/2 cup(s) , Nuts Chopped

| Instructions: |

Cream shortening and butter well. Add sugar gradually and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add alternately with milk. Mix well. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Add nuts last to mixture and bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
