INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup(s) , Blueberries
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 cup(s) , Flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 3/4 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 large , Egg
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 1 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch
- 1 cup(s) , Boiling Water

| Instructions: |

Place blueberries and lemon juice in an 8x8 inch pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and 3/4 cup sugar. Beat in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Spread over berries. Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350° for 40 - 50 minutes. |
