This recipe uses boxed cake mix so it is quicker and easier than making a pound cake from scratch. I like the taste of blueberries with a hint of cream cheese. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 18 1/4 ounces , Yellow Cake Mix Box
- 1/3 cup(s) , Water
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
- 8 ounces , Cream Cheese Softened
- 2 large , Eggs
- 2 cup(s) , Blueberries
- 1/4 cup(s) , Walnuts Chopped

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 12-cup tube pan or ten miniature loaf pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and eggs.
Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes. |
