Diabetic Banana Bread

 This is a delicious recipe that anyone can eat, even if your not diabetic, this is a good way to cut down on your sugar intake.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Shortning
  • 0 as needed , Sugar Substitute Equal to 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 large , Egg
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
  • 2 medium , Bananas Mashed

Instructions:
Cream shortening, sugar substitute and egg. Add flour, soda, salt, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add bananas. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in lightly sprayed or greased loaf pans.
