Whole Wheat Bread

 This is a recipe for whole wheat bread. This is healthy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup(s) , A.P.Flour
  • 1 cup(s) , Bread Flour
  • 1 cup(s) , Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1 packet(s) , Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Warm Water 110 Degrees F.
  • 2 large , Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt

Instructions:
Place flours in a bowl and add sugar and salt. Cut in butter and mix well. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour mixture, add eggs and enough water to make a ball, mixing well. Turn onto a floured board and knead for 7 to 10 minutes so it is smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in size. Punch down and knead until smooth. Shape into loaf or rolls and place in greased pans, let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
