INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ounces , Dry Yeast
- 1 3/4 cup(s) , Water 110 degrees F.
- 5 cup(s) , A.P. Flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , White Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) , E.V.Olive Oil

| Instructions: |
Dissolve yeast in warm water (about 110 degrees F). Allow this mixture to proof for about 10-15 minutes. Place this mixture in a mixer.
Thoroughly blend flour, salt and white pepper together.
Turn mixer to slow speed. Gradually add flour, salt and pepper mix to the yeast mix and mixer. Stop adding flour when the dough pulls away from the sides of the mixer and forms a ball on the dough hook.
Add olive oil in a stream. Add remaining flour, if any, just until the dough does not feel tacky to the touch.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover set in a warm draft free place and allow it to rise for about an hour or until doubled in size. Top with any ingredients and bake at 500 degrees F. until toppings are cheese melts and the crust is slightly browned around the edges |
