INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Sugar
- 2 large , Eggs
- 2 cup(s) , Corn Drained and Pureed in Blender
- 1 small , Onion Chopped Fine

Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoonfuls into deep, hot cooking oil. Cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes Serves 6. |
