INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 2 large , Eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) , Cooking Oil
- 1 can(s) , Cream Corn
- 2 large , Onions Chopped Fine
- 3 medium , Jalapeno Peppers Chopped Fine
- 8 ounces , Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1 pound(s) , Crawfish Tails

Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving. |
