Crawfish Cornbread

 Regular cornbread is transformed into a delicious version with crawfish tails

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup(s) , Cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 2 large , Eggs
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Cooking Oil
  • 1 can(s) , Cream Corn
  • 2 large , Onions Chopped Fine
  • 3 medium , Jalapeno Peppers Chopped Fine
  • 8 ounces , Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1 pound(s) , Crawfish Tails

Instructions:
Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving.
