Plum Cobbler
Submitted by: Adam
What to do with Santa Rosa plums? One easy and absolutely delicious possibility is plum cobbler. This was so good, we're making it again tomorrow

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 whole , fresh plums pitted and quartered
  • 3/4 cup(s) , brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) , flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) , white sugar, melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , cinnamon
  • 1 whole , egg beaten

Instructions:
Arrange plums in a lightly greased 6x10 baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; add egg stirring with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over brown sugar; drizzle with butter; bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
