Bacon Wrapped Crabmeat Rolls

 Crispy bacon is a delicious way to hold these crab rolls together

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup(s) , Crabmeat Drained and Flaked
  • 4 slice(s) , Bacon Halved
  • 1 large , Egg Well Beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce

Instructions:
Stir together tomato juice and egg; add Crab Meat, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings and mix together thoroughly. Roll mix into 2" long pieces and wrap each with half a slice of bacon; insert a toothpick into each piece to hold together then broil 5" from heat source (about 10 minutes), turning frequently to brown bacon evenly.
