INGREDIENTS:
- 0 as needed , Butter For Greasing Pan
- 1 cup(s) , Flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 pound(s) , Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 20 ounces , Frozen Spinach
- 3 large , Eggs
- 1 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped

Beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Add cheese, spinach and onion. Mix with a wooden spoon. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan, lightly greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool for 45 minutes. Then cut into squares. |
