- 4 large , Zucchini Sliced Very Thin
- 8 ounces , Canned Sliced Mushrooms
- 28 ounces , Canned Artichoke Hearts Sliced
- 2 can(s) , Bamboo Shoots
- 2 can(s) , Black Olives Sliced
- 1 bottle(s) , Italian Dressing
- 1 packet(s) , Ranch Style Dressing Mix

Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight or for days. Excellent. Serves 15 to 20. |
