Garlic Butter Mushrooms

 When these are bakes, the mushrooms absorb all of the butter and flavors. They are a fantastic appetizer or side item for a steak.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 24 large , Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Butter
  • 2 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 medium , Shallots Minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper

Instructions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Combine butter, shallots. garlic and parsley and process. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend briefly. Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish. Fill each mushroom with a dollopof the garlic butter mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
