Vegetable Beef Soup

 Vegetable Beef Soup is a great addition to any meal. Have this to warm up on winter days.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Stew Beef Cut Into Small Pieces
  • 4 cup(s) , Beef Broth
  • 3 cup(s) , Water
  • 14 1/2 ounces , Tomatoes Crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Potatoes Cubed
  • 1 medium , Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup(s) , Green Beans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Herbs Of Your Choice (Basil, Oregano, Or Dill)

Instructions:
Brown stew beef, add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add water and tomatoes and cook until beef is tender. Add vegetables except peas and cook until tender. Add spices, peas and simmer another 1/2 hour
