INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Stew Beef Cut Into Small Pieces
- 4 cup(s) , Beef Broth
- 3 cup(s) , Water
- 14 1/2 ounces , Tomatoes Crushed
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Potatoes Cubed
- 1 medium , Onion Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Frozen Peas
- 1 cup(s) , Green Beans
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Herbs Of Your Choice (Basil, Oregano, Or Dill)

Brown stew beef, add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add water and tomatoes and cook until beef is tender. Add vegetables except peas and cook until tender. Add spices, peas and simmer another 1/2 hour |
