Potato Logs

 Potato logs are a crispy twice cooked potatoes that spices up a good meal

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 medium , Potatoes
  • 3 large , Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Parsley Flakes
  • 1 medium , Onion Diced

Instructions:
peel and cook patatoes - (mash)
add butter,mustard,poultry seasoning,salt,pepper,onion powder,parsley flakes ,diced onion and 2 egg yolkes add to mashed patatoes.
beat remaining egg and whites in a seperate bowl . ... mix well and form into logs . dip the logs in the beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 450% for 20 min or until golden brown
