16 ounces , Cream Cheese
8 ounces , Canned Crushed Pineapple
1/4 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
2 tablespoon(s) , Onion Chopped
1 cup(s) , Pecans Chopped
Instructions:
Let cream cheese set out until very soft. Drain pineapple as dry as possible. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Chill several hours or overnight. When chilled, form into 1 or 2 balls and roll in pecans. serve with crackers or crusty bread
