INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup(s) , fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon(s) , onions chopped
- 1 whole , clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup(s) , orange juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , tahini
- 2 tablespoon(s) , rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) , low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground turmeric
- 1/4 tablespoon(s) , ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , paprika
- 16 ounces , garbanzo beans drained

Drop parsley, onion and garlic into food processor and process until minced. Add remaining ingredients, and process until smooth.
Serve with Pita Triangles or Celery sticks |
