Orange Hummus

 This hummus dip is so flavorful, you'll never miss the olive oil.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup(s) , fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , onions chopped
  • 1 whole , clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) , orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , tahini
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) , ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , paprika
  • 16 ounces , garbanzo beans drained

Instructions:
Drop parsley, onion and garlic into food processor and process until minced. Add remaining ingredients, and process until smooth.

Serve with Pita Triangles or Celery sticks
