INGREDIENTS:
- 8 large , Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup(s) , Garlic Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) , Canned Clams Drained and Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 3 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil Plus more for brushing
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

| Instructions: |
Remove and chop the mushroom stems.
Combine all ingredients, except mushroom caps.
Fill the mushrooms with the filling then brush with the olive oil and bake on a cookie sheet
at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
I make mine a day a head of time and just reheat when my guests arrive. |
