INGREDIENTS:
12 large , Mushrooms, Stems Reserved and Chopped
1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
3 ounces , Cream Cheese
1/4 cup(s) , Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup(s) , Bacon Diced
Instructions:
Brown bacon and remove from pan. Drain grease. In same pan saute onions and mushroom stems until clear. Add bacon, cream cheese and bread crumbs. Fill mushrooms with mixture and cook under Broiler about 5 minutes or until brown.
