Marinated Vegetable Platter

 Ten vegetables marinated in Italian dressing and chilled overnight. This is a delicious and healthy finger food platter.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 medium , Carrots
  • 1 medium , Cauliflower
  • 1 large , Onion
  • 1 large , Cucumber
  • 2 medium , Celery Stalks
  • 4 medium , Radished
  • 1 large , Green Bell Pepper
  • 3 medium , Tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans
  • 1 can(s) , Green Beans
  • 1 bottle(s) , Italian Dressing

Instructions:
Slice carrots, cucumber, celery, radishes, and onions, separate onion into rings. Quarter tomatoes, and brake cauliflower into florets. Cook cauliflower and carrots 5 minutes in hot water. Drain and place vegetables into a large shallow dish; toss lightly. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables; cover and chill overnight. Serves 8-10.
