INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Carrots
- 1 medium , Cauliflower
- 1 large , Onion
- 1 large , Cucumber
- 2 medium , Celery Stalks
- 4 medium , Radished
- 1 large , Green Bell Pepper
- 3 medium , Tomatoes
- 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans
- 1 can(s) , Green Beans
- 1 bottle(s) , Italian Dressing

| Instructions: |

Slice carrots, cucumber, celery, radishes, and onions, separate onion into rings. Quarter tomatoes, and brake cauliflower into florets. Cook cauliflower and carrots 5 minutes in hot water. Drain and place vegetables into a large shallow dish; toss lightly. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables; cover and chill overnight. Serves 8-10. |
