INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large , Eggs Well Beaten
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 2 jar(s) , Marinated Artichokes Drained and Chopped

Combine eggs with crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Set aside. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Remove from heat. Add cheese and artichokes. Combine with egg and crumb mixture. Spread in greased 11 x 7 1/2 x 1/2 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 1 inch squares. May be served hot or cold. |
