Broccoli Cream Soup

 Broccoli Cream Soup is a wonderful side for any meal.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Broccoli And Stems
  • 1 large , Potato
  • 1 whole , Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Celery Stalk Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1 to taste , Nutmeg

Instructions:
Place broccoli, potato, onion, celery, and salt in a sauce pan. Add water to cover.
Boil until vegetables are cooked.
Drain vegetables and save liquid.
Blend vegetables to make a purée.
In another sauce pan, melt butter, add flour, blend in milk. Boil until thickened.
Add vegetable purée and vegetable liquid.
Stir till smooth, add dash of nutmeg.
