INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Broccoli And Stems
- 1 large , Potato
- 1 whole , Onion Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Celery Stalk Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) , All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 to taste , Nutmeg

| Instructions: |
Place broccoli, potato, onion, celery, and salt in a sauce pan. Add water to cover.
Boil until vegetables are cooked.
Drain vegetables and save liquid.
Blend vegetables to make a purée.
In another sauce pan, melt butter, add flour, blend in milk. Boil until thickened.
Add vegetable purée and vegetable liquid.
Stir till smooth, add dash of nutmeg. |
