INGREDIENTS:
- 24 large , Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 medium , Shallots Minced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper

Remove stems from mushrooms. Combine butter, shallots. garlic and parsley and process. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend briefly. Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish. Fill each mushroom with a dollopof the garlic butter mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. |
