INGREDIENTS:
- 1 quart(s) , Oysters
- 1 cup(s) , Milk
- 2 large , Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 cup(s) , Flour
- 2 cup(s) , Cracker Crumbs
- 0 as needed , Vegetable Oil

| Instructions: |
Pour off any oyster liquor, pick out any shell, rinse in cold water to remove any sand, drain.
Put milk, eggs, salt and pepper in blender, turn on a few seconds to mix. Turn blender on low speed (stir). Slowly add flour to make a smooth batter.
Put about 1/4 inch oil in large iron skillet. Heat over medium high heat until hot. Dip oysters in batter, coat with cracker crumbs and cook until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. |
