INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sour Cream
- 3 ounces , Cream Cheese Cubed and Softened
- 2 ounces , Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
- 4 slice(s) , Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
- 1 large , Red Bell Pepper

Remove top and seeds from green pepper. Put first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Just before serving, add bacon and put in green pepper bowl.
Serve with veggies or crackers |
