Submitted by: Jimmy
Frog legs, as bad as that sounds, are very good. They are said to be aphrodisiacs by some. They have a seafood/chicken taste

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 whole , Frog Legs Dressed
  • 1 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
  • 2 large , Eggs Beaten
  • 0 as needed , Cracker Crumbs
  • 0 as needed , Vegetable Oil For Frying

Instructions:
Wash frog legs in cold water, drain. Put flour, lemon pepper, salt and black pepper in a bag and shake to mix. Shake frog legs in the seasoned flour to coat, dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Deep fry at 365 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
