INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cup(s) , Water
- 12 large , Cabbage Leaves
- 1 pound(s) , Lean Ground Lamb
- 1/2 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Tomato Sauce

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Tur off heat. Soak cabbage in the water for 5 min. Remove, drain and cool. Combine lamb, rice, salt oregano, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Place 2 Tbls of this mix in the center of each leaf. Roll firmly. Place cabbage rolls in a slow cooker seam side down Pour tomato sauce over cabbage. Cook on low for 8-10 hours |
