Crab Swiss Bites

 Rolls topped with crab, scallions, spices and topped with swiss cheese and baked.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 7 1/2 ounces , Crabmeat Drained and Flaked
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Scallions Sliced
  • 1 cup(s) , Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Curry Powder
  • 2 package , Flakey Refrigerator Rolls
  • 1 can(s) , Water Chestnuts Drained and Sliced
  • 0 as needed , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Instructions:
Combine crab meat, green onions, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; mix well. Separate each roll into 3 layers. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon on crab meat mixture. Top each with water chestnuts. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with parsley
