INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Blue Crab Meat
- 3 ounces , Sun Dried Tomatoes Rehydrated and Chopped
- 2 medium , Florida Dalil Peppers Seeded and Chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Pecan Pieces Toasted and Chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Rosemary Chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Thyme Chopped
- 12 slice(s) , French Bread

| Instructions: |
Remove any remaining shell particles from the Crab Meat. Combine all ingredients except bread, mix well, cover and refrigerate for one hour. Arrange bread slices on baking sheet and place equal portions of Crab Mixture on each slice; broil 4-6" from heat source (6-8 minutes), or until cheese melts or begins to brown.
