Crab Deviled Eggs

 deviled eggs are a great appetizer, this recipe has crab added which really make them taste great!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 large , Eggs Hard Boiled
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
  • 7 1/2 ounces , Crabmeat Drained and Flaked

Instructions:
Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and mash until smooth. Combine with mayonnaise, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the crab to egg mixture, reserving a few pieces for garnish, if desired. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Chill. Garnish each egg half with a tiny sprig of parsley, if desired. Makes 24 appetizers.
