Caviar with Traditional Accompaniments
Submitted by: Jimmy
This is the classic way to serve caviar as an appetizer. Serve with VERY cold vodka and enjoy. Your guests will be impressed.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 large , Eggs Hard Boiled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 1 large , Red Onion Minced
  • 1 ounces , Caviar
  • 2/3 cup(s) , Sour Cream
  • 1 large , Lemon Quartered
  • 0 as needed , Bread Toasted, Crust Removed and cut into Triangles

Instructions:
Shell the eggs and carefully remove the yolks. Chop both whites and yolks finely, keeping them separate. Arrange the hard-cooked egg whites, yolks, parsley and onion around the rim of four individual plates, leaving the center free for the caviar, which should be added just before serving. The sour cream may be put on the plate or passed around in a bowl. If you want, add a lemon wedge to each portion.

Pass around a basket of toast points allowing several for each person.
