 Onion, Peppers, Clams, Cheese, and other great ingredients mixed and topped with breadcrumbs and broiled for a golden brown top

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Onions Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Green Bell Peppers Finely Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1 can(s) , Minced Clams Drained
  • 1/4 pound(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Ketchup
  • 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
  • 0 as needed , Clean Clam Shells

Instructions:
Saute the onions and peppers in butter or margarine. Add clams, Cheddar cheese and seasonings, and heat until cheese is melted. Divide the mixture between the clam shells and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put under the broiler for a few minutes to heat through and brown the crumbs.
