Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard and hot sauce. Add beer 1/4 cup at a time blending well after each addition until light and fluffy. Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator. Serve as a spread on crackers, A good topping for hot vegetables, baked potatoes on hot homemade breads. Will keep several months. Makes 1 1/2 quart of spread.
