INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces , Cream Cheese Softened
- 4 ounces , Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1/4 cup(s) , Scallions Chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Combine all ingredients except parsley; blend well. Form mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped parsley. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers and crusty bread |
