INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cup(s) , Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) , Raisins
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 3 whole , Ducks
- 1 cup(s) , Apple Chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ginger

Combine all ingredients except ducks in large bowl. Stuff cavity of each duck with mixture. Close opening of birds with skewers or string. Place ducks, breast side up, in roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, at 425 degrees. Cover ducks and bake for 2 hours until tender. 6 servings. |
