INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Venison Steaks
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) , Dry Red Wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Chives Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Red Currant Jelly
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg

In a skillet over medium heat in hot butter or margarine, cook steaks 3 to 4 minutes on each side until medium or well done. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, place on warm platter. To the drippings in skillet add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring until hot. Pour over steaks. Makes 4 servings. |
