INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Venison
- 1/2 pound(s) , Veal
- 1/2 pound(s) , Pork
- 2 large , Eggs
- 1 cup(s) , Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can(s) , Tomatos with Green Chilies
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Burgundy Wine

Grind venison, veal and pork together. Combine with remaining ingredients. Form into a loaf; place in an ungreased pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings. |
