Venison Meatloaf

 Venison instead of beef is leaner and very flavorful in this meatloaf.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Venison
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Veal
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Pork
  • 2 large , Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) , Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 can(s) , Tomatos with Green Chilies
  • 1 large , Onion Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Burgundy Wine

Instructions:
Grind venison, veal and pork together. Combine with remaining ingredients. Form into a loaf; place in an ungreased pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
