INGREDIENTS:
- 4 whole , Cornish Game Hens
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 1 whole , Bay Leaf
- 1 large , Garlic Clove
- 2 cup(s) , Port Wine
- 5 medium , Celery Stalks
- 1 bunch , Green Onions Chopped
- 1 large , Egg Beaten
- 5 tablespoon(s) , Milk
- 3 1/2 cup(s) , Soft White Bread Crumbs
- 3 package , Frozen Chopped Spinach

| Instructions: |

Put hens in marinade of onion, bay leaf, garlic and wiin for a day. Drain and pat dry. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare stuffing with remaining ingredients. After stuffing hens place in open roaster and brush with a little butter. After 5 minutes in the oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast for 45 minutes or more or follow instructions for roasting on Cornish Hen package. |
