Turkey Chili

 This is a delicious alternative to regular chili, with less fat.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 can(s) , Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans Drained
  • 1 can(s) , Tomato Sauce
  • 0 to taste , Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Chili Powder
  • 1 whole , Bay Leaf

Instructions:
Cook turkey, onions and pepper until turkey is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf. Serve with crackers. Serves 4.
