Cincinnati Chili

 Cincinnati Chili uses spaghetti noodles in the chili. It's really good. This recipe has no beans

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 medium , Onion Chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Greund Red Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ground Allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , White Vinegar
  • 1 can(s) , Tomato Sauce
  • 1 whole , Bay Leaf
  • 1 pound(s) , Spaghetti Noodles
  • 0 as needed , Parsley Chopped for Garnish
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Red Onion Chopped for Garnish

Instructions:
In large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef; with slotted spoon, remove beef to a bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoons drippings in pot; discard remaining drippings. Add spices and salt; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add ground beef, vinegar, tomato sauce, bay leaf and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti; drain and place on serving platter. Remove bay leaf from chili and discard. To serve, spoon chili on top of spaghetti. Garnish with parsley and chopped red onion.
