INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup(s) , Flour
- 14 ounces , Smoked Sausage Sliced 1/2 Inch Thick
- 18 ounces , Chicken Breast Halves
- 1/2 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Celery Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 2 quart(s) , Hot Water
- 3 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 2 whole , Bay Leaves
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Thyme
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , Green Onion Chopped
- 4 cup(s) , Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Olive Oil

Place flour in a pan and bake for 15 min at 400 deg. until the color of caramel, stirring every 5 min. Brown chicken in oil. Add broth and sauté vegetables. Sprinkle in flour. Stir in water slowly. Add garlic and remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice |
