INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Orange Extract
- 1/2 cup(s) , Half and Half
- 1 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup(s) , Raisins
- 1/4 cup(s) , Coconut
- 6 medium , Sweet Potatoes

| Instructions: |
Boil sweet potatoes until fork tender. Plunge into cold water and peel. Put them in a large mixing bowl and mash thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Place in a covered baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
