INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cup(s) , Yellow Cornmeal
- 2 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
- 1/2 cup(s) , Oil
- 3 large , Eggs Beaten
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Sugar
- 1 large , Onion Minced
- 1 cup(s) , Cream Style Corn
- 1/2 cup(s) , Jalapeno Peppers Chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1/2 pound(s) , Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
- 1/4 cup(s) , Pimento Chopped
- 1/2 large , Garlic Clove Crushed

Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Combine cornmeal Mix & milk. Add remaining ingredients in the order as listed. Bake in 3 greased pans for 35 minutes or until done. |
