3 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
1 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
3 medium , Zucchini Sliced into Rounds
1/4 cup(s) , Margarine
Instructions:
Layer cooked rice, zucchini and cheese into 9 1/2" x 3 1/2" casserole dish. Dab butter or margarine throughout. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese has melted and dish is bubbly. This can also be cooked in the microwave for about five minutes.
