Baked Corn on the Cob with Peppers

 Baked corn with Roasted Red Peppers.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 whole , Ears of Corn
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Red Peppers Chopped and Roasted

Instructions:
Remove husks and silks from corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, and drizzle with a little butter. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll foil lengthwise around corn and twist ends. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes. Corn on the cob with roasted red peppers.
