INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Chuck Roast Or Stew Meat
- 3 pieces , Celery Stalks Diced
- 3 large , Carrotes Diced
- 12 cup(s) , Beef Stock or Water
- 2 medium , Onions Diced
- 14 1/2 ounces , Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 10 ounces , Frozen Lima Beans
- 10 ounces , Frozen Corn
- 10 ounces , Frozen Green Beans

About 3 hours before serving, add 10 cups water/broth, meat, salt, and pepper to a large pot on hight heat. When boiling, reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients, except frozen vegetables. Cover and simmmer for 2 hours. Stir in frozen vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender |
