INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Spinach
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 small , Garlic Clove Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 cup(s) , Plain Yougart
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt and Pepper
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Basil Minced
|
|
| Instructions: |
Wash the spinach well, trim, and chop or tear it into pieces; place in a large saucepan. Add the sweet onion and garlic and cook over medium heat, covered, for about 5 minutes. Shake the pan frequently to keep vegetables from scorching.
Drain the vegetables well, then add the olive oil and continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat, stir in the yogurt, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in basil and serve hot. |
